Spirituality
The spirituality has its proper foundation in the Rule and Life of the Brothers and Sisters of the Third Order Regular of St. Francis. It is rooted in Gospel conversion, lived in "a spirit of prayer, of poverty and of humilty." (Rule, I,2) It is lived in community, but also constantly turned to the needs of the people.
In living and in the apostolate we are obliged to recognize other values common to all the Franciscan family.
The charism of our congregation is
- that we live the Gospel life for the love of God in a religious community in the Franciscan spirit of penance, joy, and simplicity, educating youth, and
- performing other apostolic works in the service of the Church.
